Sign Raw Transaction (deprecated)

Deprecated: Use POST /operations/start/makeTransaction with Source (AddressSpec), required CAIP19, and RawTransaction instead (same sign-only behavior: MPC signature only, no broadcast). This route uses a legacy flat payload (MasterKeyName, account-name Source, Asset). Status can be queried with GET /operations/id/{operationID}/status.
