Policy Nodes

• Canton V3 transaction hashing is supported. A caller-provided transaction hash is verified by signing against the locally computed digest for the matching version; transactions created through the Core Wallet Platform continue to use V2.
• Canton enrollment accepts a signing key whose fingerprint does not match the party's namespace.
